Returns & Refunds Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction through quality products. We offer a satisfaction guarantee on all our products. You have 30 days, from receipt of your order to return the product(s) ordered and request an exchange or refund. After this period, your order will be ineligible for return.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items and any accessories must be:
- Returned in their original packaging
- In good condition, suitable for resale
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, personal care products that have been in contact with the body cannot be returned once used. This includes makeup, skin care, body care accessories and intimate hygiene products.
Return procedure (exchanges and refunds)
To return a product, you must first contact our customer service by email at: info (at)vitealis.com (replace (at) with @) indicating your first and last name as well as your order number, and the items you wish to return. A return slip will then be sent to you within 1 to 2 working days. You will need to include it in your package, to facilitate its identification.
Then return the items to us at the following address:

Please note that return costs are your responsibility.
Reimbursement conditions and terms
Following our inspection of the product, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit/credit card or original payment method (PayPal, Klarna, Carte Bancaire, iDeal, Bancontact or any other payment method), within 5 to 7 working days .
You will be refunded the amount corresponding to the price of the returned products excluding delivery costs, if applicable, except in the case of use of the legal right of withdrawal of 14 days.
Damaged items
If you received your item damaged or with an original defect, please contact us by email and send us a photo of the damaged item. We will replace your product free of charge within 1-2 working days (+ usual delivery time).
